Zoran Churchin – Chief Executive Officer
Since its establishment in 1988 Mr. Churchin has been a driving force behind the success of Zoran Properties Inc. His ‘big picture’ vision and effective leadership of superb, hand selected executive team resulted in his company becoming one of the premier providers of Property Management Services in Ontario. Today, Zoran Properties Inc. consists of more than 80 buildings with over 4500 residential units, and commercial/industrial portfolio in excess of 500,000 square feet of space.
With support of his team of Executives, Regional Managers, and Property Managers, Mr. Churchin oversees day-to-day internal operations, account management, financial planning and budgeting, technology implementation, and maximizing opportunities.
Mr. Churchin is highly respected philanthropist in Serbian Canadian community. He is also actively involved in Ontario Provinical Politics, and has represented Progressive Conservative Party of Ontario in the 2007, 2011 and 2014 Provincial Elections as a candidate for the riding of Mississauga East – Cooksville.

Aleksandar Curcic – VP of Mergers and Acquisitions
With over 15 years of experience in Real Estate acquisitions and dispositions, as well as asset management and development, Mr. Curcic brings a unique set of skills and expertise to his role – in depth knowledge of the Real Estate market and superb negotiation skills. His current role encompasses Mergers and Acquisitions as well as Commercial and Development division of Zoran Realty Partners – sister company to Zoran Properties Inc. Mr. Curcic is a graduate from York University, Toronto.

Emma Basaran – Chief Financial Officer
Ms. Basaran is responsible for the company’s overall financial management and oversees planning, reporting, financing, treasury, taxation and valuation of the organization. She brings over 25 years of global experience in Real Estate finance, including accounting, strategy, and risk.

Mirjana Lakic – Office Manager
Ms. Lakic is responsible for providing strategic oversight and day-to-day office management duties for Zoran Properties Inc. She has been integral part of the team since 1992. Ms. Lakic is a graduate of University from Zadar, Croatia.

Milovan Bozovic – Regional Manager
With several years of proven experience in Asset management, Mr. Bozovic joined Zoran Properties Inc. in 2012. He holds RCM designation as well as General Licence for Property Management, issued by CMRAO. Mr. Bozovic graduated with Bachelor of Science Degree in Aerospace Industry.

David Pal – Regional Manager
Mr. Pal is responsible for the Central corridor of the G.T.A, working closely with clients, property managers, site staff, and trades to ensure safety and efficiency in every day operations of condominium properties managed by Zoran Properties Inc. He brings 8 years of experience as Regional Manager and 5 Years as a Property Manager. Mr. Pal is a graduate of York University with Bachelor of Arts Degree.
